The Review
I know many of you have read The Rosie Project so it might be a little repetitive, but here is my thoughts and feelings anyway!

Do you know what? I actually really enjoyed The Rosie Project. It was the type of book that you could pick up one minute and finish it the next. I have found that books with a lot of publicity and coverage tend to be loved by everyone and more often than not I haven’t liked it. However, Graeme’s novel is a definite feel good read.

Don Tillman is a man of habit – he likes to follow schedules and his day – to – day life has its own itiniary. One day he decides he needs a life partner and creates the ‘Wife Project’ but the question is, will he succeed?

Personally, I believe everyone should have a friend like Don, he does everything the literal way and to him things are either black or white, there’s no grey. Sometimes you just need to tell people exactly how it is and to not beat around the bush. Plus, he seemed happy with things so why feel the need to change?

Don’s mental state is referred to in a few chapters so you do feel slightly sorry for him. However if you told him this I’m sure he would be offended. I think previous experiences alter his life slightly but I don’t think he seems that upset. He does have a heart of gold and he’s a strong man.

I won’t add a spoiler because obviously that’ll ruin it for you (if you haven’t read it, that is) but you will love it and you’ll feel all gooey inside. Go Don!
